Changes and Prices

We reserve the right to modify the price of any product at any time without notice.

Products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer screen will be accurate.

We also reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that the quality of any products you purchase will meet your expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Order Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You understand that if your package does not arrive due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you, you lose your right to receive your order. In such cases, DushiBida is not liable for any loss and is not obligated to resend your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer, billing address, shipping address, and/or credit card. If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by email or phone, but we are not obligated to do so.

We strongly advise you to double-check your shipping and billing addresses during checkout and after your purchase. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@dushibida.com.

However, if the package has already been shipped to the incorrect address you provided, we regret to inform you that we are not obligated to resend the package to the correct address.

Refund Policy

If your order qualifies, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date according to our return or warranty policy. We reserve the right to refuse refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for address errors, lost packages, or order delays once your package has left our warehouse. If your order is marked as "delivered" and lost, you have seven business days from the delivery date to file a claim. If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, you have three business days to file a claim. You will receive an email notification once your refund is approved. Refunds may take 2-7 days to appear on your original payment account.

Please note that we cannot refund purchases to a different payment method.

Warranty Claims

DushiBida reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if we, at our sole discretion, determine that the claim does not meet our warranty criteria. This includes but is not limited to claims regarding items not purchased on our official website, tarnishing of silver, discoloration of pearls, discoloration of beads, lost jewelry, damage due to misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Modification of Warranty Terms

DushiBida reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

DushiBida is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the service or any products purchased through the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Mobile Service Terms

The DushiBida mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by DushiBida (“DushiBida,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By agreeing to DushiBida’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of DushiBida at the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is on a state or federal “Do Not Call” list. Text messages may be sent using an autodialer or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account notifications, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition for any purchase with DushiBida. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to DushiBida or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you re-initiate. If you have subscribed to other mobile message programs provided by DushiBida and wish to cancel, you must opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms, except as required by applicable law.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
