Returns

Return and Exchange Policy:

30-Day Return Period: You may return items purchased through dushibida.com within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. All returns must be approved before you send them back to us.

Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging (including any gifts).

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that while we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for providing a tracking number as proof of return.

Refunds: After a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are calculated based on the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges: We offer store credit if you wish to exchange an item. After a successful return, you will receive a personalized code. All exchanges are final.

Gift Exchanges: Gifts are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Bundles:

  • Returned Together: Receive a full refund or store credit for the entire bundle.
  • Returned Separately: Receive a proportional refund or store credit based on the price of each individual item.

Promotional Sets (e.g., Buy 2, Get 1 Free):

  • Returned Together: Receive a full refund or store credit for the entire set.
  • Returned Separately:
    • B2G1: Receive a refund of 80% or store credit based on the full value of each item, after the promotion has been applied.
    • Limited-Time Offers (e.g., B2G2): Receive a refund of 50% or store credit based on the full value of each item, after the promotion has been applied.

Mystery Products and Free Gifts: Mystery products and free gifts are non-refundable.

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • If exchanging a gift, please provide one of the following customer details: full name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number.
  • If there is an issue with the product, please let us know so we can take a different approach to resolve it.
