All orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days after being placed from our warehouse. Delivery times depend on the courier and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays caused by peak seasons, traffic, or weather conditions. Please note that deliveries to remote locations may take longer. In case of delays, successful delivery may take up to 4-6 weeks. We are not responsible for address errors, lost packages, or delays after your package leaves our facility. We do not currently offer express shipping.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and most parts of the world. We are currently unable to ship to French Polynesia, Russia, and China.
Order and Shipping Process:
You will receive an order confirmation via email once you have placed your order. Typically, your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that there may be delays in processing due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is on its way, it may take between 5-15 days depending on your shipping destination and any potential delays. We will send you the tracking number via email so you can follow its progress on our tracking page. You will also receive an email notification when your order is shipped and delivered.

Order Status:
You can track the status of your order once you place an order on our tracking page by entering your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your account and/or order confirmation email. Once entered, you will see the following steps: Ordered > Processing > Order Ready > In Transit > Out for Delivery > Delivered.

Cancellations and Order Changes:
Our team works very quickly to process orders. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to your order once it has been placed. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@dushibida.co.
Problems Placing an Order:

Delayed or Lost Orders:
While we ensure this rarely happens, we apologize for the delay! Although we rely on our shipping partners for the best tracking and delivery services, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur. We are committed to helping you receive your order.
If your order is delayed: Please allow for possible delays. We are not responsible for address errors, lost packages, or delays after your package has left our warehouse. First, check that your shipping address is correct. We find that small details like house numbers, street names, and postal codes are sometimes overlooked.
Once your address is confirmed, please contact us if your order has been in transit for more than 21 business days, and we will do our best to assist you.
If your order is marked as 'Delivered': We recommend checking the surrounding area of the provided shipping address and contacting neighbors. Please wait a minimum of three business days to allow for any potential developments, and then file a claim with your local carrier. If you still haven’t received your order, please contact us within seven business days, and we will assist further.

Missing/Wrong Items:
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within three business days of receiving your package at support@dushibida.com to file a claim, including your order number, a photo of the items received, and your shipping label. Our team will investigate this with our packing team and shipping partners.
